BN ENERGY Announces Major Infrastructure Advances and Updated Investment Presentation for Block RS-12V ProjectKHARTOUM, Sudan – April 22, 2026 – BN ENERGY Company Ltd. (“BN ENERGY” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce significant infrastructure developments and the release of an updated full investment presentation for its Block RS-12V gold concession in the Red Sea State, Sudan.
Key Developments:
1. Aqabat Yas National Road – 95% Complete, Crossing the ConcessionThe strategic Aqabat Yas road, connecting the Red Sea State to the Nile State and onward to Egypt, is now 95% complete. Crucially, the road passes directly through BN ENERGY’s 264 km² Block RS-12V concession. This provides the project with zero-cost, year-round, all-weather access to Port Sudan, just 40 km away, saving an estimated $2–5 million in capital expenditure** and **$0.5–1.0 million annually in operating costs compared to remote mine benchmarks.
2. Zain Sudan Telecommunications Tower – Coordinates ReceivedZain Sudan, the country’s largest mobile network operator (11M+ subscribers, ~57% market share), has received the coordinates for the Aqabat Yas road crossing Block RS-12V and is initiating procedures to construct dedicated telecommunications towers in the area. The towers will provide 4G (future 5G) coverage across the entire concession at zero cost to BN ENERGY, saving an additional $0.5–1.5 million in CAPEX** and **$100,000–300,000 per year in OPEX, while enabling real-time security, fleet management, and emergency communications.

Located 40 km west of Port Sudan, Block RS-12V is a 264 km² exclusive exploration license featuring a ~10 km² mineralized footprint, bonanza surface grades up to 68.91 g/t Au, and a conceptual exploration target of 0.41 Moz gold , 120kmt of copper annually. The project benefits from proximity to Sudan’s main export port, a newly completed national road crossing the concession, and a forthcoming Zain Sudan telecom tower – making it the most logistically advantaged project in Africa.
